These Terms govern your use of BCCTV (the "Service"), operated from Canada. By creating an account, uploading content, submitting a booking, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BCCTV. Talent under 18 must have verified guardian consent on file.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Your content & licence
You retain ownership of all photos, videos, text and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant BCCTV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to host, display, transmit and reproduce your User Content solely for the purposes you have consented to (public profile, promotional use, etc.).
AI: we do not use your User Content to train artificial intelligence models unless you provide separate, explicit opt-in consent.
4. Acceptable use
- No content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, harasses, or sexualises minors.
- No impersonation, scraping, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
- No use of the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages.
5. Bookings
BCCTV facilitates introductions between talent and people who wish to book them. Any contract for paid services is between the talent and the booker. BCCTV is not a party to those contracts.
6. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Talent may choose to make reviews private from their dashboard.
7. Intellectual property & DMCA

8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account & Privacy Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCCTV's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to CAD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Canadian law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, except where applicable consumer-protection law permits you to bring a claim in your home province.
