Submit a takedown notice
If you believe content on BCCTV infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes all of the following:
- Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed (with proof of ownership where possible).
- The exact URL(s) on BCCTV where the allegedly infringing material is located.

What happens next
- We acknowledge receipt and review your notice.
- If valid, we promptly disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it.
- The user may submit a counter-notice, which we will forward to you.
- Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.
